MUMBAI — Mars Petcare has appointed Pitchfork Partners Strategic Consulting as its strategic communication consultant for India. As part of its growth strategy in India, the pet care company will work closely with Pitchfork Partners to build corporate reputation and engage with relevant stakeholders.

SYDNEY — Citadel-MAGNUS has merged with Brett Clegg’s Kadia Partners, creating an independent corporate and financial communication firm, across transactions, investor relations, issues management and corporate reputation. Having founded Kadia Partners in 2019, and quickly building an impressive register of clients, including Ampol, TPG Telecom and Nuix, Clegg joins Citadel-MAGNUS as a founding partner, alongside Peter Brookes, John Gardner and Helen McCombie.

HONG KONG — Architecture firm Ronald Lu & Partners has appointed Gusto Luxe as its retained communications agency for Greater China and South East Asia, following a competitive pitch. The integrated agency with offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore and London will work closely with the firm to develop the communications strategy across the region to increase awareness for the firm. Work will include executive profiling, corporate reputation, business-to-business communications and CSR and sustainability communications.

SINGAPORE — Shweta Shukla has joined Kellogg’s as senior director and head of corporate affairs for Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa. She takes on the role after almost four years with Unilever, where she led sustainability and communications for the FMCG giant, based in Singapore. Shukla previously spent 15 years with P&G in India and Singapore.
