BEIJING—DeVries Global has been appointed by New Balance, the global athletic footwear and apparel brand, to lead its public relations and influencer engagement programs in China. DeVries Global will support New Balance on integrated brand communication campaigns, media and key opinion leader outreach, and social media management.

MUMBAI—Munavar Attari has been appointed senior vice president and general manager of FleishmanHillard’s Mumbai office. Attari previously served as one of the lead executives for the Tata Group account at Edelman and earlier held positions at Weber Shandwick and Adfactors.

PERTH—Citadel-Magnus has strengthened its corporate reputation advisory team with the appointment of Anthony Fisk as associate director in the firm’s Perth office. Fisk brings more than 15 years’ experience in corporate affairs, issues management and stakeholder engagement in large Australian companies and previously headed up the corporate affairs function at telecom giant iiNet, where he worked on advocacy campaigns on copyright, net neutrality and cyber-safety.

HONG KONG—The Council of Public Relations Firms of Hong Kong has named its new board, with Robert Grieves re-appointed as chairman, with Kiri Sinclair as the new deputy chair. Grieves is chairman of Hamilton Advisors, while Sinclair leads Sinclair Communications. Joel Laykin of Laykin Communications was named secretary.
