SINGAPORE — INEOS Automotive, the new British vehicle manufacturer, has tapped Eastwest Public Relations to lead communications across Southeast Asia including key markets: Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. Eastwest will drive awareness for INEOS Automotive by offering strategy and planning and through media relations, content creation, digital services and events across Southeast Asia. INEOS is designing and developing an utilitarian 4x4 vehicle, the Grenadier, for sale around the world.

HONG KONG — Archetype has hired Liz Weselby as a deputy managing director in its Hong Kong office. Weselby expands the company’s industry expertise with her experience in content marketing in the lifestyle segment. She joins after more than five years as Luxe City Guides editorial director.

SINGAPORE — Chew Suok Kai and Fredrik Nyberg, health experts with more than 60 years of experience between them, are joining more than 100 global leaders as part of APCO Worldwide’s International Advisory Council. Chew is a senior advisor at Singapore’s Ministry of Health, with more than 30 years of experience working in the government, healthcare industry and academia. Nyberg has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, and is currently serving as managing director of Asia Pacific’s Medtech Innovator, the industry’s nonprofit global accelerator for medical device, digital health and diagnostic companies.

NEW DELHI — ICCPL has bagged the PR mandate of VideoMeet, an audio/video conferencing application developed by Jaipur-based Data Ingenious Global Limited. ICCPL will now be managing all the national PR and media related communications for the tech company. VideoMeet was created in response to the Indian government’s call to develop a substitute for Zoom.

MUMBAI —Navos managing director Markus Hilse has been named chair of the Global Communications Alliance. Hilse brings more than two decades of senior communications experience to the role. The GCA’s previous Chair was Susan Smith, Principal of Canada’s Bluesky Strategy Group.
