MUMBAI—Hanmer MSL and MSLGroup Creative+ have added five new clients including ABB, J & K Bank, Gujarat Gas Company, FINO and Courtyard by Marriott for integrated communications assignments. Hanmer MSL will provide strategic communications relating to brand building, corporate reputation management, corporate responsibility and crisis and issues management. The MSLGroup Creative+ design and creative services unit will work in tandem with the Hanmer MSL team to provide clients with a suite of design solutions.

AUCKLAND, NZ—Kelly Bennett (pictured), founder of Eleven PR New Zealand, will lead the expansion of TBWA’s brand activation, experiential and public relations services throughout the Asia Pacific region. Bennett will foster inter-agency collaboration, growth and development throughout the various TBWA offices in Asia including Singapore (T\PR), Vietnam (Biz\Tequila), Australia and New Zealand (Eleven PR). In addition, he will continue to further develop brand activation and PR specialties in other APAC offices.

KUALA LUMPUR—Chomaine Chai has been promoted to senior vice president and general manager of Fleishman-Hillard Malaysia. She joined the firm in early 2011 to develop its corporate communications practice in Kuala Lumpur, having previously worked at Waves PR, Eventus Consulting, and IQPC Singapore.
