SINGAPORE — Serina Tan has been promoted to managing director, Asia Pacific, at Allison+Partners. Tan (pictured) will hold the newly created role in addition to her existing role as general manager of the agency’s Singapore office. Her new role is focused on building connectivity and collaboration among the firm’s Asia-Pacific operations. In addition, the firm has announced two senior hires in Singapore that will further strengthen its consumer marketing and technology practices. Robin Chang has joined as VP and will be responsible for overseeing consumer clients such as Bosch, Carousell and Nippon Paint, and the expansion of business in the region. Natashia Jaya has been hired as director and is charged with leading Singapore technology clients such as Waze and Citrix. Both will report to Tan.

KUALA LUMPUR — Volvo Trucks has appointed Redhill as its public relations agency for Malaysia. Redhill will assist with corporate positioning that includes content, media and stakeholder engagement scope of work. The account will be led by Joslynn Ong, Redhill’s director of Malaysia.

SINGAPORE — Allanjit Singh has been named MD at Zeno Group, where he will oversee the agency’s Singapore office, drive growth, and scale the agency’s local and regional presence. Singh will provide strategic oversight for existing core practice areas and senior client relationships. Prior to joining Zeno, Singh served as the MD of Red Agency, part of Havas Group.

NEW DELHI — On Purpose has made three senior hires strengthening its team and offering for clients in strategic media counsel, crisis communications, digital media, capacity building and content solutions. Meera Krishnan joins the firm as consulting partner with over 25 years’ experience in both in-house and agency roles including serving as Communications lead at some of the world’s largest telecom brands operating in India. Diksha Sethi returns to On Purpose as head of strategy after a short sabbatical. Sethi started her career as a radio presenter for India’s first ‘Just-For-Women’ radio station and has previously worked with agencies like Genesis BCW and Avian WE. Neha Mathrani has joined On Purpose as content lead, to deliver creative writing and content strategies for its clients. In her last role at YES Global Institute, Neha drove partnerships with key cultural institutions like UNESCO, Juggernaut Books, Harper Collins, British Council and Google.
