SINGAPORE—DeVries Global has appointed Maddy Rao (pictured) as executive vice president, client management and strategy, serving as client relationship leader for key global, regional and local clients in Singapore, expanding her focus across Asia over time. Rao joins DeVries from Mindshare, where she served as managing partner, global planning.

HONG KONG—Brunswick has named several new partners, including two in the Asia-Pacific region: Kirsten Molyneux in Hong Kong, who heads up Brunswick’s CMA group in Asia, and Rory Macpherson in Shanghai, whose expertise includes corporate reputation and special situations.

SYDNEY—N2N Communications has promoted Katarina Farrell to general manager and associate partner under the agency’s recently launched equity partnership scheme. Farrell has been with N2N for more than five years and built the strategy and corporate practice, leading national campaigns including the Federal Government’s Digital Switchover.

BEIJING—WE Communications has bolstered its Greater China leadership with the addition of Michael Jones as consumer lead in Greater China and Annie Ho as technology lead in Hong Kong. Jones has been running his own consulting firm for the past five years and has worked with clients including African Airways, Dreamworld, City of Amsterdam, Texas Tourism and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Ho has worked with Akamai, Trend Micro, Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation and Spotify and recently managed Pacnet’s corporate communications in nine countries.

SYDNEY—Carrington Brigham has been named to the newly-created role of head of digital and social media at Sefiani Communications Group, working across sister agencies Sefiani and Kite Communications. Carrington was most recently with Ogilvy PR, and previously spent three years as lead digital account director and social media strategist at market research and campaign strategy firm Crosby Textor.
