NEW YORK — Stacey Jones is joining Honeywell as its chief communicator after more than two decades at Accenture.

"Thrilled to embark on my next chapter as the Chief Communicator at Honeywell! It’s an honor to join this iconic organization with a century-long legacy of innovation and a bold commitment to shaping the future,” Jones said in a LinkedIn post.

“Honeywell's dedication to pushing boundaries and upholding principles of integrity, inclusion and respect align perfectly with my values and aspirations. I look forward to collaborating with brilliant minds, drawing inspiration from cutting-edge technologies and driving positive global impact,” she said.

Jones succeeds Bevin Maguire, who joined the conglomerate from IBM two years ago.

The move caps Jones’ long career at Accenture, which started in 1999 when she was hired as a regional PR manager. Jones held a number of subsequent roles, including three different managing director positions, before being named head of corporate comms in December 2020.

“Taking on this role is an opportunity to grow, to learn, and apply my talents in entirely new ways. It is also a chance to make a meaningful difference while working alongside exceptional leaders, including CEO Vimal Kapur and Chief Commercial Officer John Waldron, as well as our global communications team. The dedication of Honeywell’s 100,000+ #FutureShapers worldwide — who strive tirelessly to create a safer, smarter, and more sustainable world — leaves me in awe.

"Finally, I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude to mentors, colleagues and friends who have offered immense support, thoughtful advice, and invaluable guidance on this move. I look forward to keeping you all posted along the way. #FutureShapers #NewBeginnings," she said.
