CHARLOTTE, NC – Meredith Starkey has joined the Carolina Panthers as chief marketing officer. Starkey comes to the Panthers after nearly 10 years at T-Mobile, where she was VP of marketing – sponsorships and events. Prior to joining T-Mobile, she held sponsorship marketing positions at Motorola and Genesco Sports Enterprises.

WASHINGTON —Brian P. Hale has been named assistant director of the FBI’s public affairs office. Hale most recently served as deputy assistant director in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), where he worked with the national security partnership team to lead the US intelligence community’s outreach efforts, information sharing and partnerships with the private sector.

NEW YORK — Tina Madon has joined Focus Financial Partners as senior VP and head of investor relations & corporate communications. She will be responsible for developing and executing Focus’ communications strategy with the investment community and media. Madon’s prior experience includes senior level investor relations, corporate communications, finance and management roles at Arbor Advisory Group, Och-Ziff Capital Management Group, Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers.
