PHILADELPHIA—Global media and technology company Comcast Corporation has promoted Jennifer Khoury to senior vice president, corporate and digital communications. In her new role, Khoury leads all strategic communications for the company’s consumer products, in addition to media relations, social media and digital communications for the company’s corporate brand. She previously served as vice president of corporate communications for Comcast Corporation and as vice president of public relations for Comcast Cable’s New England region.

ARLINGTON, VA—The Retail Industry Leaders Association has named Annette Guarisco as executive vice president for public affairs. Guarisco will oversee RILA's federal and state government affairs, as well as the association's communications efforts. She joins the association following more than 11 years as a senior executive at General Motors, most recently serving as executive director of global public policy. Prior to joining General Motors, Guarisco spent six years at Honeywell International as corporate director, public policy and government affairs.

PORTLAND, OR—Cambia Health Solutions has named Chip Terhune to oversee all aspects of the company's federal and state government affairs. He will lead the development of regulatory and legislative strategies that advance the company's commitment to being an advocate for change in the healthcare system. Most recently, he served as director of environmental and public affairs for Schnitzer Steel and earlier was chief of staff to Oregon Governor Ted Kulongoski.
