LONDON—EasyHotel has hired Hudson Sandler as financial communications advisor for its upcoming AIM listing.

Founded by Stelios Haji-Ioannou, discount chain easyHotel is seeking to raise up to £60 million to expand its business within the UK and in European gateway cities, primarily through the acquisition and development of owned hotels.

The easyHotel listing marks Haji-Ioannou's first listing in 14 years, after easyJet's flotation on the stock exchange. He launched the hotel chain in 2004 under his easyGroup umbrella brand.

There are now 19 hotels, 17 of which are franchises, including seven in London and other properties in Edinburgh, Johannesburg and Dubai.

The Hudson Sandler team is led by Michael Sandler and Wendy Baker, supported by Emily Dillon.
