SINGAPORE — Julia Wei is returning to Edelman Singapore as CEO, after two years with AKA Asia, where she was managing partner.

Wei's return is part of a new Edelman Singapore leadership team that follows the arrival of Adrian Warr, to whom she reports, as Southeast Asia CEO at the start of this year. John Kerr, previously Edelman Singapore CEO, became regional vice-chair of technology one year ago.

In addition, Yeelim Lee has been promoted to COO for Edelman Singapore, after eight years with the firm, across regional client management, data and analytics, sector and practice leadership, and new business operations.

Edelman's new leadership team in Singapore also features:
- Nisha Sivanandan leading strategy and client leadership
- Jonathan Ha overseeing digital, creative and production
- Amanda Lam leading HR
- Xi Ling Lee as finance director

"Having achieved several years of fast growth and bold innovation, in spite of significant market headwinds, we now have a unique window of opportunity to evolve our culture, capabilities, and our services to clients – there’s nobody better than Julia to lead that charge," said Warr.

"Julia’s going to have three clear priorities – firstly, maintaining the best agency culture in the market, secondly getting A-list fame for the amazing work we do with our clients, and thirdly creating new ways of working in this fascinating hybrid world. Julia and Yeelim have very complimentary skillsets and experience – together, they will lead the team to new frontiers."
