LONDON — Threepipe has been appointed by British women's fashion retailer Warehouse to manage its UK customer acquisition programs across PPC, SEO, display and social media channels. The decision was made following a competitive pitch, and Warehouse joins Threepipe's portfolio of clients including L'Occitane, Boux Avenue, Reiss and Jack Wills. 

LONDON — Technology PR specialist Context has announced the hires of Tacita Wilcox and Rudi Duffy to its team. Wilcox will be working across a range of clients in the IT sector, helping to drive their content and media relations programs. Prior to this role, she held the role of faculty press officer at the Manchester Metropolitan University Faculty of Business and Law. Meanwhile, Duffy will be responsible for research and social media support for clients across the business. She has a technology and marketing background.

DAR ES SALAAM — APCO Worldwide has helped launch the first-ever Women Advancing Africa Forum. The inaugural forum is the culmination of a multi-year partnership with the Graca Machel Trust, an organization led by former first lady and wife of the late President Nelson Mandela. The initiative is focused on empowering women to better participate and benefit from Africa's growing economy. The trust and its partners have gathered more than 200 African women leaders from government, civil society, and the private sector to strategize and craft a common agenda that places women at the center of Africa's development and accelerates the economic advancement of African women. 

LIGHTWATER — Code Red Security, the first international PR network specializing in cyber security technology, has announced two new partners to the team as part of the expansion of its network. The network offers cyber security vendors the benefits of working with locally based cyber security PR specialists, with the convenience of centralized management and coordination. Primary Communication, an Australian agency serving global security tech companies, has joined as the ANZ cyber security partner for Code Red. Meanwhile, Madrid-based PR and communications agency Everythink PR has joined as the Spanish cyber security partner. The partnership aims to increase influence in Australia, New Zealand and Spain and increase Code Red's existing international footprint of co-branded partners across the globe.
