LONDON—Hanover has named Anna Korving as chair of the firm’s health practice, working closely with managing director of health Andrew Harrison. Korving co-founded and built Resolute Communications, selling it to the Publicis Healthcare Communications Group in 2010 and continuing to run the business within Publicis.  She most recently served as Publicis’s executive vice president of global business development.

FRANKFURT—APCO Worldwide is expanding its operations in Germany by opening a new office in Frankfurt, in addition to its thriving Berlin office. The new Frankfurt office will be led by Isabel Kassabian, the deputy managing director of APCO in Germany.  Kassabian joined APCO’s German team in 2002 and was promoted to deputy managing director in 2015.

LONDON—UK premium make-up brand Benefit Cosmetics has appointed We Are Social as its digital and social agency for Benefit UK and Ireland. The agency will lead the creative digital strategy for the brand, working on a number of high profile product launches and an innovative new influencer programme.

LONDON—David Berkovitch has been appointed head of healthcare for Zeno Group in the UK with a seat on the 3 Monkeys Zeno board and located in London. He joins from FleishmanHillard Fishburn where he was director and partner and previously co-led the London healthcare practice.

FRANKFURT and LONDON—Oliver Mann and Harald Kinzler, currently managing directors based in the London and Frankfurt offices, will join CNC’s global partnership. Formerly a financial journalist, Mann joined CNC’s London team in 2007 and has led high profile cross-border mandates with a focus on corporate and financial communications. A former investment banker, Kinzler joined CNC in 2014 and has supported some of CNC’s largest capital markets and financial communications projects.

LONDON—Publicis Health’s PR and medical education agency is rebranding to become Publicis Resolute. Along with the new name, the agency has launched a new website, new social media channels, and a new logo. Founded as Resolute Communications in 2002, the firm merged with Publicis Health's advertising agency, Publicis LifeBrands in 2010 to become Publicis LifeBrands Resolute. Publicis Resolute's sister advertising agency and former namesake has returned to its previous name, Publicis LifeBrands.
