LONDON — The advisory firm Profile Pensions has tapped Publicasity to handle its influencer marketing, charging the agency with getting consumers to understand the importance of retirement planning. Publicasity will structure its campaign around identifying and partnering with influencers who are known as trusted personal finance advisors. Account director Aaron Huckett and digital strategist Neil Kleiner will head the initiative.

GENEVA — IFPMA, the global research-based biopharmaceutical industry association, has appointed Helen Gallagher its new communications director. She will act as a key spokesperson for the organization in its interaction with stakeholders in Geneva and the wider global health community. Gallaher joins IFPMA after spending 12-year career at Ferring Pharmaceuticals as the company’s corporate communications head.

LONDON – Bolstering its issues + crisis team, Hill+Knowlton Strategies UK has hired former journalist Jon Wynne-Jones as a senior consultant. While Wynne-Jones will work with clients across sectors, his primary focus will be overseeing the group’s sports reputation practice.  In his most recent role at Burson-Marsteller, Wynne-Jones' clients included FIFA, the IOC, FIA and Russia’s ministry of sports. He spent a decade working as a reporter and editor for newspapers including The Telegraph and The Independent.

LONDON — Lookers, which operates more than 150 car dealerships across the UK and Ireland, has hired MHP Communications to handle its financial public relations. The deal furthers MHP’s work with retailers. Tim Rowntree and Simon Hockridge will head the team managing the Lookers account.
