BRUSSELS — Hill+Knowlton Strategies has hired Ann-Nina Finne (pictured) as senior vice president for global public affairs. Finne joins H+K from Ingka Group, where she most recently served as global public affairs leader, overseeing IKEA’s public affairs teams, and working with the company’s more than 30 markets with responsibility for geopolitical and financial market counsel, as well as risk identification and mitigation response. Prior to Ingka, Finne worked for international energy company E.ON. In her new role, based out of H+K’s Amsterdam office, Finne will report to H+K’s global public affairs chair Philippe Maze-Sencier, supporting clients across the global network.

LONDON — Ketchum has made two senior promotions in its brand division after winning the Danone and Iceland accounts: director Rachel Rix has been promoted to deputy MD for brand, while Kat Dare has been promoted to director for brand and joins the brand senior management team. Managing director Sophie Raine will continue to lead the team.

LONDON — Aerospace, defence and security firm BAE Systems has appointed Caitlin Hayden as its group communications director. Hayden has been senior VP of communications for BAE Systems’ US entity for the past three years. She has also led communications for the Aerospace Industries Association and was EVP and group media director for Edelman in its Washington DC office. Hayden also spent almost 15 years in the US federal government, serving as a special assistant to President Barack Obama and a spokesperson for the National Security Council. In her new role, she will report to BAE Systems group chief executive Charles Woodburn and will join the firm’s executive committee.

LONDON — FTI Consulting has appointed Damian Low as a senior director in the digital and insights practice within its strategic communications segment in London. Low previously worked at Freuds and Edelman with clients including Meta, Netflix, Heineken, Mars, the Islamic Development Bank, Neom, Sky and City Football Group. His arrival follows the appointment of Lauren Unger as senior director and digital lead in FTI Consulting’s Paris office from Publicis Consultants, where she was head of international business development. The firm’s EMEA digital leadership team was also bolstered by the appointments of Carolina Madrid and Matt Park-Young as MDs in London earlier this year.

LONDON — Milk & Honey PR has hired Georgia Cobden as its newest client director, as the agency expands its consumer offering. Cobden joins the agency from Havas group agency One Green Bean, where she worked on campaigns for brands including Costa Coffee, The Body Shop and Cow & Gate, as well as on Qatar Tourism’s  global communications strategy ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup this winter.

LONDON — Privately-owned healthcare communications agency group Resonant Group has appointed Miranda Dini as chief operating officer and head of healthcare communications, with responsibility for Bedrock Healthcare Communications and Anthem Public Relations, as well as future acquisitions and strategic partnerships. In the newly created role, Dini will report to David Youds, founder and CEO of Resonant Group. She joins Resonant from Avenir Global, where she was a board director and global head of healthcare, as well as managing partner of Axon Europe. At the same time, Stephen Marchant becomes MD of Bedrock Healthcare Communications; having worked at Chameleon and HCG.

LONDON — Consumer intelligence platform Talkwalker has named David Low as its new global CMO and Lokdeep Singh, who joined last year as chief product officer, as its new CEO. Singh’s career includes leadership roles with Alcatel, Qualcomm, Lucent Technologies, Worldcell, and more recently in Luxembourg with Syniverse and Synchronoss. Low joined the company as VP of marketing for the Americas earlier this year – having held previous senior roles including CMP of SaaS company Kerauno – and will be responsible for positioning Talkwalker as a leader in AI-enabled consumer intelligence.

LONDON — Here Be Dragons has promoted April Hogan to head of new business. Hogan has been at Here Be Dragons for two years after previous stints at BCW, Splendid and Edelman and will work with founder Paul McEntee and the senior leadership to help grow the agency.
