NEW YORK — Healthcare agency Evoke has expanded its executive leadership team with the addition of new chief innovation, creative and strategy officers.

Chief innovation officer Will Reese will assume global responsibilities overseeing customer experience, engagement strategy and marketing technology. His remit includes ensuring that all Evoke agency brands, which include PR specialist Evoke Kyne, are innovating in healthcare marketing and data, marketing technology and omnichannel marketing practices.

Reese brings 25 years’ experience to the role, serving most recently as chief innovation officer for life sciences at Cognizant and president of Cadient, the company’s life sciences marketing agency.

Meantime, Rachel McCready and Alexis Penty are taking on regional roles as North America chief creative officer and chief strategy officer respectively.

McCready has been building health brands for more than 20 years, most recently as executive creative director at Klick Health. Penty, who will focus on growing Evoke’s brand strategy practice, also brings two decades of experience to the role. She joins from The Bloc, where she was head of strategic planning.

All three roles are new ones for the firm.

“Our eyes remain on the future of healthcare and how we continue to bring our clients the most advanced thinking and the best solutions to drive real business results,” said CEO and founder Reid Connolly. “This group of leaders brings immense experience to the team, and together, I’m confident that our ability to create the most meaningful experiences in healthcare for our clients and for the patients they serve will continue for many years to come.”
