DUBLIN —  Evoke Kyne has promoted Julie O’Donnell to EVP and global head of digital at the Huntsworth healthcare communications firm.

The elevation comes after O'Donnell joined Kyne in 2017 as global digital strategist. As a member of the firm’s executive leadership team, she will drive the development and deployment of  the firm's digital capabilities, with a focus on cross-channel strategy, social media, insights and analytics.

"I have had the great pleasure to partner with Julie over the past two years as she has led the development of an industry-leading, global team of digital experts, helping shift our culture to a digital-first mindset," said David Kyne, CEO of Evoke Kyne. "She has played a pivotal role in growing our digital offering and deploying resources across the business to ensure we are developing innovative programming that exceeds the needs of our clients and creates insights-driven, measurable impact."

O'Donnell joined Kyne after serving as a senior marketing director at Lundbeck, along with stints at Medit and One15 Digital.

Her promotion follows the creation of Evoke Kyne last year, when Kyne was acquired by Huntsworth and merged with sister firm Evoke. The firm has since made a number senior appointments, including Kaitlyn Belicose, Carolyn Coyle and Julia Devaney to SVP and Colleen Brett to creative director.
