NEW YORK—MBS Value Partners, an investor relations and financial communications advisory firm, has acquired Farrell Kramer Communications, a technology-focused public relations firm.

Since its inception in 2002, Farrell Kramer has developed expertise in corporate podcasting, producing audio shows as early as 2006, as well as using blogging for corporate reputation and marketing. The firm has handled financial communications, corporate positioning, publicity, transactions, crisis communications, and media and presentation training.

Farrell Kramer Communications founder and president Farrell Kramer and vice president Sharon Bially have both joined MBS as senior executives.

“The merger allows us to expand our service offerings in investor relations and financial communications to provide a greater emphasis on public relations, corporate communications, social media, and media and presentation training,” says Lynn Morgen, partner at MBS Value Partners.
