LONDON—IT platform provider LogicNow has selected independent PR agency network GlobalCom to handle its PR duties across a range of countries.

The assignment will be led by CCgroup and follows a competitive review. The UK firm will oversee agency duties and handle the UK press office, working alongside GlobalCom’s Merritt Group in the US, GCPR in Germany, Fundamento in Brazil and MY PR in Italy.

LogicNow was created in September 2014 when GFI Software restructured to support rapid growth across its portfolio. CCgroup’s first task as lead agency was to provide strategy, messaging and positioning guidance around the launch of the new company, and announce LogicNow to the media.

GlobalCom is now using its technology expertise to raise awareness of LogicNow and help position it as an industry thought leader in the B2B technology and channel press in five markets. GlobalCom will also promote LogicNow’s key products, which include MAXfocus, IASO and ControlNow.
