NEW YORK—Financial and corporate communications firm ICR has introduced a new brand identity including a new logo, tagline and overarching visual identity, and launched ICR Capital, a subsidiary that provides a suite of capital markets advisory services designed to help financial sponsors and issuers achieve key transaction objectives. As a registered broker dealer, ICR Capital provides independent counsel and deal oversight spanning IPOs, follow-on offerings, strategic M&A and capital sourcing and will be led by capital markets veterans David Galper and Evelyn Infurna.

NEW YORK—Dukas Public Relations has changed its name to Dukas Linden Public Relations, a reflection of president Seth Linden’s growing managerial responsibilities. Richard Dukas will remain chairman and CEO. Linden joined the agency in 2006 after a seven-year career in broadcast journalism, including five years as a Capitol Hill correspondent for NBC affiliates. The firm is best known for its work in the financial services sector.

HOLLYWOOD, CA—Lifestyle and entertainment marketing firm Allied Integrated Marketing has acquired Marketing Inspirations, a media, marketing and public relations firm in Atlanta, Georgia. The acquisition expands Allied's fast-growing live entertainment and hospitality businesses, and increases the capabilities of its existing Atlanta office to service clients in the Southeast region. Barbara King, Marketing Inspiration president and founder, will join Allied as senior vice president of strategic marketing.
