NEW YORK — PRSSA, the organization for students interested in the public relations and communications fields, today announced the Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF) as the client of the 2022 Bateman Case Study Competition. The competition will challenge student teams to research, plan, implement and evaluate a public relations campaign centered on raising awareness around the resources currently available to those touched by the disease, including patients, survivors, caregivers and loved ones. More specifically, students will be tasked with educating adolescents and young adults (AYA), while revamping the foundation’s campaign efforts toward eradicating lymphoma.

SYRACUSE, NY — The SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) launched a new certificate of advanced study in science and environmental communication and public relations management to help environmental professionals, decision-makers and engaged citizens learn how to communicate effectively about some of the most pressing issues of our time. The online program is offered through ESF’s Open Academy and complements the college’s existing certificate in environmental leadership that was launched in 2017.
