NEW YORK — The associations consultancy Kellen is expanding into serving a range of sectors with the launch of a full-blown integrated marketing communications firm for clients across consumer, B2B and professional services sectors.

The new agency, SRA Communications, is offering a range of services including public relations, crisis and internal communications, digital communications and government and public affairs.  Clients include companies in the B2B, building and construction, food and beverage, consumer lifestyle and professional services industries among others, the company said.

Roughly 75 Kellen employees in offices in New York, Atlanta, Chicago and Washington are now formally working for SRA. Kellen provides associations management consulting as well as communications.

“We have some of the most talented agency professionals in the industry,” said Greg Sherry, SRA executive VP. "From new product launches to fully integrated, multi-tiered, global brand programs to compelling, market-moving, industry-wide campaigns, our diverse team of strategists, communications and marketing professionals bring a level of passion, expertise, creativity and commitment to client service that we believe will set SRA apart.”

The move is the latest step in the evolution of Kellen's communications practice. In 2001, the company merged with the agency Sumner Rider & Associates, whose communications practice it later integrated into its operation.
