NEW YORK, October 9—Hill & Knowlton has named senior managing director Harlan Loeb has been named national director of the agency’s litigation asset group. Loeb, who is based in Chicago, replaces Mike Buckley, who left earlier this year to become a partner in the New York office of Brunswick Group. Loeb will head a team of 20 professionals spanning the agency’s New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston and Tampa offices.

Loeb joined H&K in April 2000 and has worked on complex litigation matters with multinational and Fortune 100 companies. Prior to joining the firm, Loeb was midwest regional counsel for the Anti-Defamation League, where he covered six regional offices and 15 states. Harlan directed all of the regional litigation activities of the League, influencing the tenor of all ADL litigation communications.
