PITTSBURGH, PA — Veteran in-house communicator Amanda Rosseter has joined PNC as the financial services group’s chief communications officer.

Rosseter, most recently Equifax’s CCO, is responsible for external and internal communications for Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based PNC. She oversees media relations, corporate responsibility, employee, crisis, human resources and business and executive communications. Social media, intranet management, and video, web and live event productions also are under her watch.

"As PNC executes its national expansion strategy in its new position as the fifth largest U.S. commercial banking organization, I'm thrilled to have Amanda on board to drive our business priorities and values through impactful communications and engagement with our stakeholders," said William S. Demchak, PNC's chairman, president and chief executive officer.

During her two-plus years at Equifax, Rosseter led global communications supporting the organization’s positioning as a data analytics and technology company. She previously led global external communications and media for The Coca-Cola Company, including the communications launch of a new global business strategy.

Rosseter succeeds Kristen Baird Adams, who served as interim CCO since 2018. Baird Adams is now chief of staff to PNC’s Office of Regional Presidents, where she previously served as COO. She also leads PNC’s corporate sponsorships group.
