SINGAPORE — PRecious Communications has launched locations in Vietnam’s key business hubs of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the latest move in the Singapore-based agency’s expansion across Southeast Asia.
PRecious has hired two senior leaders to lead the new offices, and plans to continue to add further headcounts and partnerships to drive its expansion in the country.
Hanoi-based Pham Thanh Hien joins as senior manager, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the PR industry. Prior to joining PRecious, Hien was a Vietgate Communications account manager, where she led an agency team supporting Facebook in implementing strategic communications campaigns.
Khanh Vu, who is in Ho Chi Minh City, joins as PR and business development manager. He has held various roles in communications and marketing over the past 15 years in industries including television, technology, consumer and real estate, most recently served as marketing and communications manager at Colliers.
PRecious’s physical expansion into Vietnam follows the agency building a base of local clients in the software, fintech, healthtech, carsharing, travel and hospitality industries, including firms like global cleantech solutions provider BayWa r.e., insurtech Igloo, supply chain planner RELEX Solutions, as well as enterprise software manufacturer Luxoft, and has also worked with Nasdaq-listed marketing platform Society Pass.
“Vietnam is at the forefront of Southeast Asia’s fast-expanding digital economy and exhibits a strong mobile engagement. Over the past years, we have been aggressively strengthening our presence across the region to better complement our clients’ marketing strategies,” said managing director and founder Lars Voedisch. “Building on that strength, we are extending our strategic communications support to local and foreign brands looking to grow their presence in the country.”
