BERLIN—Clients of Publicis Groupe public relations agencies—led by MSLGroup and including sustainability specialist salterbaxter—received the highest number of SABRE Awards nominations this year, with 18 campaigns among the finalists for this year’s awards.

The finalists are announced today after two weeks during which more than 40 senior industry executives met in London to review more than 2,400 entries in the 2016 competition.

Among the 400 campaigns selected as finalists, other agencies with double-digit nominations are multinational Ketchum and Ogilvy (15 finalists each), Weber Shandwick and its Prime subsidiary (14), and UK independent Hope&Glory (10).

Other top agencies among the nominees include Hill+Knowlton Strategies, and UK consultancy Unity, (nine finalists); FleishmanHillard, Norwegian independent Trigger, and multinationals Burson-Marsteller, Edelman and Porter Novelli (eight each); Grayling (six); Blue Rubicon, Cohn & Wolfe, Golin, Farner Consulting, Geelmuyden Kiese, andLlorente & Cuenca (five each); and Dăescu Borțun Olteanu Consultanță, LEWIS, Havas, and Volontaire (four each).
