BOSTON — With an eye on driving growth, Racepoint Global has bolstered its executive leadership with a series of senior promotions.

Senior VPs Ben Haber and Laura Smith have been upped to executive VPs of client services, as which they will join the firm’s executive leadership team.

Haber has been with RPG for 17 years, garnering extensive experience managing large-scale integrated programs for brands primarily related to consumer electronics, connectivity and digital transformation of industries. Smith, an eight-year veteran of Racepoint, has more than 20 years of integrated marketing experience. She will continue to lead teams to deliver creative content and experiences for clients.

In addition, Carolyn Regan has been named an executive VP and chief people officer. She joined RPG as its human resources leader in April 2020, after a long consulting and coaching relationship with the agency.

Stacey Forman has been promoted from VP to senior VP of agency operations. Forman will play a key role on the agency’s senior leadership and operations team.

All report to RPG President Bob Osmond.
