NEW YORK — E-commerce software company Lightspeed has tapped Fight or Flight for PR support.

The point of sale and payments platform has charged the agency with leading integrated communications, which includes developing and executing creative campaigns in the US.

The Montreal-based company is on the New York and Toronto stock exchanges. Lightspeed’s revenue grew 33% to $730.5 million in 2023.

Fight or Flight won three other pieces of businesses in the first quarter of this year.

Arkestro, a predictive procurement platform, hired Fight or Flight to manage its global messaging development and integrated comms for North America including creative campaigns, executive profiling, social media and a proactive press office.

AI-powered IT management platform Atera has tapped the agency for creative campaigns and execution. Additionally, Fight or Flight will be supporting Deep Genomics with global message development and building the company’s comms function.

“The key to our recent success is simple: deliver on the creative promises we make to clients,” said North America chair Tim Fry. “As more B2B brands aim to use creativity to reach their audiences, our expertise and experience can bring this ambition to life. We can’t wait to get to work on these integrated North American briefs with creativity at their core.”
