BOSTON — Customer service platform Simplr has handed its US PR business to Red Lorry Yellow Lorry.

As agency of record, RLYL will roll out a media relations campaign to drive awareness of Simplr among operations and customer service leaders in the retail, e-commerce, food service and tech industries across the US.

Content creation and thought leadership will be central to the PR program, which will be led from the agency’s Boston office. Boosting national awareness of the brand and its customer service and engagement offerings will be as well.

There was neither a competitive review nor an incumbent agency.
