BOSTON — Customer conversations platform Smart Communications has picked Red Lorry Yellow Lorry to handle PR in the US, UK and DACH region.

The tech company hired RLYL as its PR agency of record in those regions following a competitive review. There was no incumbent firm.

RLYL’s program will focus on elevating Smart’s experts as thought leaders, with an emphasis on challenges and opportunities that come with customer communications and data collection.

The agency also plans to amplify Smart Communications’ position as a leading customer communications platform for highly regulated industries and verticals. The platform manages customer conversations in the financial services, healthcare and insurance sectors.

The account will be led from the RLYL’s Boston office with support in Austin, Texas; London; and Berlin.
