SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS — SocialPath Solutions, which provides clients social media help 24/7, is undergoing a multi-pronged rebrand that reflects its evolution from a customer care-focused operation into a full-fledged communications agency.

From now on, SocialPath will be known as SPS DGTL. It is also opening offices in Los Angeles and Tampa, Fla., which will operate along with its flagship operation in San Antonio.

The newly renamed agency will offer clients the breadth of social media services, most of which SocialPath has added to its offerings since the agency’s 2015 launch, said senior client director Chase Conner.  “Our client relationships expanded into creative content, corporate communications, media relations and crisis management,” he said. “That organic growth validates that there’s a void in the market.”

The 24/7 social media desk that has been the agency’s centerpiece since its inception will still be the heart of the operation, however, he said. The bilingual desk, open all day every day, is staffed by former Citibank call center managers, who are trained to engage with consumers on behalf of clients, which are primarily B to C businesses like retailers with high volume social media platforms. “We have taught them how to actually function as real-time crisis communications managers and strategic media advisors,” Conner said.

Staffers respond to customers’ social media postings, regardless of whether they are complaints, questions or compliments, within an hour, he said.  “We help companies tell their story and engage audience in real-time at scale.”
