LONDON — Aduro Communications has won the consumer and trade retained account for Irish food giant Kerry Dairy Consumer Foods, after a competitive pitch.

The agency will handle PR, social strategy and content creation across food company’s portfolio, including the Strings & Things and Pure plant-based product ranges, as well as new launches in 2024.

Kerry Dairy Consumer Food director of strategy, marketing and innovation Victoria Southern said: “The competitive pitch process did a fantastic job of showcasing Aduro’s strategic and creative talents, their passion for our brands and business as well as the strength of cultural fit and chemistry between our two organisations. We’re excited about our new partnership and the potential of what we can achieve together.”

At the same time, Aduro has appointed Katie Taylor as director to lead on new and existing clients. Taylor joins from the Stroke Association charity, where she was head of PR and media, and has also held senior roles at Huawai, Zeno London, Lexis, H&K and Cake, working with brands including BT, P&G, Kingsmill and Unilever.

Aduro Communications founder and MD Natalie Luke said: “It has been a stand-out year for Aduro and we are in no danger of slowing down. We couldn't be prouder to add Kerry Dairy Consumer Foods to the Aduro family, as well as attracting fantastic talent like Katie.”

AAR ran the competitive pitch, led by Andrew Bloch. Earlier this year, Aduro repositioned as a mass consumer brands specialist; its growing roster of brand clients includes Tata Consumer Products, Hain Daniels, P&G and Pharmacare.
