LONDON — Air France and KLM have appointed to lead on consumer and corporate PR in the UK & Ireland and rebuild their reputation post-pandemic.

The sister brands – part of the Franco-Dutch-owned airline holding company Air France-KLM Group –operate in 19 airports across the UK and Ireland. The agency’s brief is to improve consideration for both brands, as well as promoting the airlines’ sustainability credentials.

M&C Saatchi Talk was appointed after a three-way competitive pitch process managed by Ingenuity London. There was no incumbent agency.
