LONDON — B2B technology PR and marketing agency CCgroup has launched a specialist ‘Next-Gen Connectivity’ division to help telecoms and enterprise technology service providers, cloud infrastructure companies and vendors to navigate the evolution of the industry.

The new business stream will operate as an extension of CCgroup’s existing mobile and telecoms and enterprise technology streams, working with private and public sector organisations. The division will be run by associate director Chloe Pope, who has worked with telecoms and enterprise technology companies during her eight-year tenure at the agency.

CCgroup’s client portfolio currently includes the UK’s largest converged service provider, industry trade associations and large and specialist vendors across the telecoms and enterprise tech ecosystem.

CEO Richard Fogg said: “The intersection of telecoms and enterprise technology is a fascinating, rapidly-changing and growing space. With decades of experience supporting clients in both sectors, the time is right to bring this new proposition to market to help companies in this space generate commercial opportunities, demonstrate their value and grow. It’s great to have Chloe take the reins of our new division.”

This is the second new offer from CCgroup this month: the agency recently announced a new data and analytics service.

The launch coincides with CCgroup’s new report, ‘Telco Transformation: Lessons for Vendor Marketing’, which looks at how telcos are working to ‘cloudify’ and automate network infrastructure for the digital age.

Pope (pictured) said of the report’s findings: “It’s important for vendors to understand how telcos identify and select technology partners. Telcos engage with a wide range of marketing content throughout the buying process, and need to know that vendors understand and can help them overcome their pain points. Vendors need to be bold, be visible and provide evidence if they want to get selected for RFPs.”
