NEW YORK — Day One Agency has promoted Jamie Falkowski, formerly the agency’s managing director, into the newly-created role of chief creative officer and partner.

Falkowski will lead the integrated creative team across the agency’s hubs in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Portland, with a focus on investing in creativity and building its next generation of creative talent.

Since joining the agency in 2015 from media production company Alldayeveryday, Falkowski has lead campaigns for brands including Nike, American Express, Chipotle, Meta, Ferrara, Walmart and Beam Suntory. He has also been central to the development of new offerings, including the launch of Day One Studios and extended production capabilities last year.

In his new role, Falkowski will continue to report to Day One Agency CEO and co-founder Josh Rosenberg, who said: “Creativity is central to our ability to move at the speed of culture and Jamie has a proven track record of building creative teams that can do just that. His unique perspective and understanding of what’s next has fueled our creative work – not to mention his ability to take a cultural insight and turn it into a culture-worthy campaign is unmatched.”

Falkowski added: “My journey to this role was not a traditional one and Day One is not a traditional agency. It’s that spirit to get outside of the old ways of working that attracted me to Day One in the first place and has me the most excited about building our team of original thinkers, makers, cultural instigators and ultimately great collaborators for the future.”
