LONDON — MHP Group has hired former Lansons board director Naomi Goodman (pictured) as head of its new change and employee engagement division. Goodman joins from strategic communications firm Hundred, where she had been associate director and executive vice-president of change and internal communications for the past 18 months. At Lansons, where she worked from 2018 to 2020, she co-led the agency’s communications for change and transformation offer.

MANCHESTER — Delivery firm Evri (formerly Hermes) has appointed Craig Noonan as its new director of communications and brand. Noonan joined Manchester-headquartered Citypress in January as a director, working with the agency’s retail, food and FMCG clients. He previously led corporate and consumer PR for the Co-op’s food business as head of retail PR.

LONDON — Two-year-old B2B technology agency Five not 10 has appointed two non-executive directors to work alongside its founders as they grow the business. Five not 10 was founded in 2021 by CEO Lynsey Barry, former MD of Berkeley Communications, and creative director Pat Southwell, who was director of strategy at Berkeley and then a managing partner at McCann. The new NEDs of the seven-strong firm are Lisa Quinn, who is an in-house coach for a large global PR agency and was UK director of communications at media giant Hearst, and David Braddock, who has been a director of a number of technology companies, including smartcard ticketing firm Nevis Technologies.

DUBAI — Brazen MENA has added three hires to its fast-growing team. Account manager Amina Ehsan joins the 17-strong agency after experience at hospitality specialist Umami Communications, where she worked with clients including leading restaurant group LPM, and media group ITP, where she worked on partnerships for the Middle East editions of Cosmopolitan and Grazia. Senior account executive Kristina Fernandes joins from Al Masaood Group, while PR coordinator Marry Joy Lastra will, as a member of AMEC, lead the evolution of the agency’s media evaluation capabilities.
