NEW YORK — The ninth PRovoke Media North America Summit will take place in New York on May 2 as part of our annual SABRE Awards event. Tickets for both the Summit and the awards dinner — at the Whitby Hotel and Cipriani 42nd St, respectively — are available now.

The North American conference (previously known as the Innovation Summit) will focus on 'complexity and change', a theme that captures the elevated possibilities for the future of public relations in a world where trust, credibility and reputation are all at a premium.

“Coming off a tumultuous three-year period that saw a global pandemic, social upheaval, a reassessment of how we work, and the threat of global conflict, the operating environment for companies and brands is more complex than ever,” says Paul Holmes, PRovoke Media founder. “This means a challenging environment for communicators, but also an opportunity to make a tangible difference for clients and their audiences.”

The Summit's keynote session, presented by MSL, will convene CMOs from Inspire Brands to examine their approach to inspiration and influence. Other Summit highlights include sessions on the rise of AI, bringing beliefs to market, and how video is reshaping the influencer marketing world. The full program can be found here, supported by a sponsor list that includes Ketchum, Zeno, Coyne PR, Prophet, ICF Next, Hunter and Racepoint Global.

In addition to the Summit, the SABRE event will include all of PRovoke’s industry awards:

  • The 23rd North American SABRE Awards, for which finalists have been released, which returns to the Cipriani 42nd St on the evening of 2 May.

  • The Agency of the Year awards, which recognize the best public relations firms from around the region, selected by our editorial team. Finalists can be found here.

  • Outstanding Individual Achievement Awards, presented to leaders from both the agency and client sides of the business, selected by our editors for their contribution to the profession.

  • The Best Agency to Work For Awards, based on a survey of employees, who are asked to rate their agencies on multiple dimensions. Winners have been announced.

  • The Innovation SABRE Awards, taking place at the Whitby Hotel during lunchtime of the Summit, which recognize disruptive technologies, DEI, and other developments transforming public relations. Winners have been announced.
