LONDON — Brands2Life has been appointed by global digital security firm ESET as its retained UK communications agency, after a competitive pitch.

ESET, founded in Slovakia and with revenues of around $550 million, has tasked Brands2Life with delivering a media relations programme focused on the national, broadcast and trade media and positioning ESET and its spokespeople – including high-profile cybersecurity advisor Jake Moore – at as being at the forefront of conversation around evolving cyber threats.

UK marketing director Julie Berriff said: “We ran a very competitive pitch process to find the best agency to take our brand forward, and Brands2Life was a clear winner. The team’s security credentials are second to none. But what really stood out was their creativity and the confidence the whole team had in their ideas.”

Brands2Life executive chair of business and technology André Labadie added: “One of our favourite types of brief is when a brand’s getting good media coverage but wants to take things up a level in terms of quantity but also evolving what it’s known for. ESET has some incredibly smart people, highly innovative technology and lots to say, so we’re relishing the chance to ramp up its brand awareness in the UK.”

ESET joins Brands2Life’s security portfolio alongside companies including Arctic Wolf, CyberArk, F5 and Lacework.
