HONG KONG — Jane Morgan, who is departing Golin Hong Kong after six years, will be replaced as Hong Kong MD by Carol Yeung, PRovoke Media can reveal.

Morgan, who is also Golin's Asia-Pacific head of client services and DEI committee lead, is leaving the firm to relocate to Singapore with her family. "We’ve been in Hong Kong for 10 years and I’ve worked with some truly fantastic people," said Morgan, who worked at Edelman and Ketchum before Golin. "This feels like the right time to try something new; I’m excited for a fresh opportunity and to be part of the vibrant communications community Singapore is known for."

"Jane has been transformative for Golin, and I thank her for everything she has done for us, including mentoring Carol for this role," said Golin Asia-Pacific president Darren Burns. "Carol brings with her a new era of leadership in Asia; her challenger spirit and unequivocal business intelligence has earned her a reputation of excellence. She has shown herself to be a changemaker and an inspiration to her team – I can’t wait to see what’s next."

Yeung has spent almost five years with Golin in two stints, returning in 2019 as a director before being promoted to VP in early 2021. She will continue in her capacity as Hong Kong’s ESG lead.

"I am so excited to lead our team to further create change that matters – through our work, for our people and the industry itself. I have been living and breathing Golin’s unique culture, pioneering spirit and passion across the past four years and see immense opportunity here in Hong Kong," said Yeung.

Golin's Hong Kong office employs 30+ staffers, working for such clients as Collinson, Mastercard, Manulife, Deliveroo and Dell.
