LONDON — Global communications agency The PR Network (PRN) has been selected to work with Heathrow Express, the high-frequency airport rail link operating between London Heathrow Airport and London Paddington.

The brief involves raising awareness of the speed, convenience and accessibility of the rail service, together with showcasing Heathrow Express’ support for diversity and inclusion.

PRN will provide strategic consultancy, media relations and social media support, with a team managed by client services directors Karen Meachen and Katy Campbell.

The agency will initially work across two core campaigns: Pride Ride (pictured), which celebrates Heathrow Express’ commitment to the LGBTQ+ community; and its sponsorship of wheelchair basketball team London Titans, highlighting its accessibility charter and its service for passengers who require special assistance.

Heathrow Express commercial strategy lead Mark Eastwood said: “The PR Network understands our vision, is agile and can work at speed to deliver to our target market. Its wealth of PR expertise, experience and creativity makes it the perfect partner to help elevate our brand.”

The PR Network co-founder and co-CEO Nicky Regazzoni added: “Heathrow Express is a unique brand. We’re delighted to be telling its story to new audiences and reinforcing its position as a market leader during its 25th anniversary year.”
