LONDON — Technology agency Hotwire has launched a ‘client investment programme’, Hotwire Connect, to support clients through challenging market conditions including geopolitics, macroeconomics, reputation-impacting issues and policy and regulatory changes.

The new offer, which will initially be made available to UK clients, includes coaching and training, global peer networking and intellectual property developed exclusively for the agency's clients.

Hotwire UK CEO Jeremy Lucas, who was appointed in February this year, said Hotwire Connect was a response to a shift in client expectations and requirements of communications agencies, including being more aligned with sales and marketing strategies. demonstrating ROI, and supporting businesses with change management, internal communications and restructuring.
