LONDON — Instinctif Partners has launched an environmental, social and governance offering and hired a new partner to grow the service.

The Reinventing Responsibility offer covers strategic development, stakeholder engagement and reporting and disclosure, led by Instinctif’s head of strategic advisory services Victoria Cross.

Cross will be supported by new hire Oliver Parry, who joins as a partner from Citigate Dewe Rogerson, where he was head of government affairs and ESG advisory. The team also includes specialists in brand and business strategy, business resilience, public policy, investor relations, corporate reporting and communications.

Parry has also served as head of corporate governance at the Institute of Directors and was head of communications at the UK’s audit and accountancy regulator, the Financial Reporting Council.

Cross said: “With COP26 just nine months away I am delighted to be able to launch Reinventing Responsibility. The team at Instinctif is enabling clients to make significant, positive and lasting change to society and the business landscape. We are already working with some of the biggest companies in the world to create positive impact.

“I am delighted that Oliver, who has a wealth of experience in developing ESG and sustainability strategies, has joined our ambitious and innovative team as we look to grow our proposition throughout 2021 and beyond.”

Instinctif chief executive Tim Linacre added: “In the current climate, the work the Reinventing Responsibility team is doing is of critical importance. We believe that, as individuals and organisations, we all have a part to play in creating a more sustainable future, and we are passionate about making that happen.”
