BERLIN — The German branch of international network M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment has restructured its management team as it rebrands as a new full-service marketing agency, House of M&C Saatchi.

The agency’s three co-managing directors Simona Schapiro (pictured, second left), Jannis Klausch (right) and Christian “Kidde” Schuck (left) will lead the new offering in Germany, with a multi-disciplinary team of around 40 employees. They will report directly to M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment global CEO Steve Martin (second right). 

Martin said: “We are boosting our presence in such a strategically important market as Germany, where the potential to grow and differentiate brands through passion-led communication is enormous across all target groups. Our clients can truly benefit from the international expertise of our network, and we are already seeing strong collaboration with our team in Germany and our other six offices across the world”.

The new model brings sponsorship consultancy, rights amplification, PR, branded content creation and experiential production together under one roof, with the aim of building a stronger and more efficient business in the German market.

Schuck added: “Creativity has always been a core strength of our offer, and we are doubling down investments in that area. Berlin has always been and continues to be the epicentre of culture, such as lifestyle, fashion, music. Being in the midst of it gives us the inspiration to develop ideas that connect brands with their audiences in a truly impactful way.”

House of M&C Saatchi has already won new clients including the German Football League (DFL), for international strategic positioning and campaigns of the Bundesliga, and European fintech Nexi. The team also works with The North Face, Whoop, Porsche Design and ING in Germany.
