LONDON — Milk & Honey PR has expanded its international digital team by promoting UK board director Rachel Proctor to the newly-created role of global head of digital and appointing Sianna Peal to the US team as digital client manager.

Proctor (pictured, left) joined the 50-strong agency in 2018, a year after it was founded by CEO Kirsty Leighton, and has been a key driver of Milk & Honey’s integrated communications offer and digital competencies: 85% of UK clients now have a digital element in their programmes.

Over the past four years, Proctor has built a team to service integrated campaigns, social media, content creation, influencer engagement, SEO, PPC and lead generation and nurture programmes.

Proctor is now working with the new US team, led by partner and North America CEO Paul Cohen, to build out capabilities in the agency’s New York office, and has appointed Sianna Peal from 5W (pictured, right) as digital client manager. In less than a year, the US team has grown to a team of six supported by six specialist senior consultants.

Leighton said: “Increasingly, we have seen more clients request US or international integrated support. As an employee-owned business we work seamlessly across our offices and are starting to create global head of roles enables greater integration again. Both Rachel and Paul have done amazing jobs in driving our capabilities by specialism and by geography and we are proud to support this with amazing fresh talent.”
