Scull will continue to report to chief client officer Lisa Talbot. She is based in New York.

“This is an exciting day in MSL’s evolution as we add more fuel to an already powerful offering and enviable client portfolio with Nicole at the helm in her new role of Chief Consumer Brands Officer,” said CEO Diana Littman. “We have two goals at the agency — to create more influential, innovative and impactful work and to build more integrated, inclusive and inspired teams — and Nicole is a major champion of both. She is an extraordinary consumer brand and reputation builder, who is committed to insightful and innovative creative — and her clients’ and team’s success and growth every step of the way.”

MSL, meantime, confirms that Díaz has departed the firm for other pursuits. Díaz joined MSL in 2019 as chief strategy officer and led the consumer practice as managing director since 2020.
