HONG KONG—Clients of Ogilvy Public Relations and its various branded agencies throughout the region lead the way with 23 nominees among the finalists in the 2016 Asia-Pacific SABRE Awards competition.

The finalists were selected from among more than 1,500 entries in this year’s competition. The winners will be announced and presented at the 
2016 Asia-Pacific SABRE Awards evening ceremony in Hong Kong on 28 September, following our Asia-Pacific In2 SummitTickets are available here.

Clients of Weber Shandwick (including its Creation subsidiary) received 17 nominations, ahead of Edelman with 16 nominations, Adfactors with 15 nominations, and MSLGroup, Indian indepdendent , and Japanese giant Dentsu, each of which received 12 nominations.

Other firms with multiple finalists include Burson-Marsteller (nine); Golin, In.Fom and Ruder Finn (eight each); FleishmanHillard, including its BlueCurrent unit (seven); BlueFocus Digital, Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Text 100 (five each); and EON: The Stakeholder Relations Group and Strategic Public Relations Group (five each).
