LONDON — Consumer PR agency Ready10 has expanded its senior leadership team with the appointment of its first managing partners.

Kate Addy and Sophie Diner have been promoted to the roles in a move that will see them jointly responsible for running the agency, whose clients include McDonald’s, Paddy Power, Reed.co.uk and Beko.

Addy (pictured, centre), who was previously at M&C Saatchi and Huawei, joined Ready10 in 2020 while Diner (left), previously at Frank, has been with the agency for five years. The pair will oversee the 35-strong team, managing clients and day-to-day operations, while founder David Fraser, who started the business in 2016, will focus on business development and strategy.

Fraser (pictured, right) said, “Kate and Sophie are two phenomenal leaders who have been instrumental in making Ready10 one of the best places to work in PR and an agency doing some of the best work around. Having them as managing partners will help accelerate our growth ahead of what is going to be an extremely exciting time for the business, with a number of major announcements in the coming weeks and months.”

In addition to the promotions, the agency has announced two new hires to its senior management team. Former Hotwire associate director Amy Ronge has joined the agency alongside Karis Thomas, ex-head of PR at Upfield – the Dutch food company whose brands include Flora, Bertoli and Elmlea – who will oversee Ready10’s FMCG offering. The hires mean that Ready10’s senior management team of eight remains 75% female.
