LONDON—Catherine Warne has left her position as chief executive of Creston Health Unlimited, 15 years after co-founding healthcare PR firm Red Door.

Warne departs the holding group 10 years after selling Red Door to Creston. Since that deal, she served on Creston's board, building and overseeing a global healthcare offering that also included such firms as Liberation and DJM. However, her role will not be replaced at the group.

"This has not been an easy decision for Catherine to take, but with the companies within Health Unlimited in a strong position, with experienced management in place to drive their future growth, she feels now is the best time for her to be able to explore new challenges and opportunities," said Creston chief executive Barrie Brien.

"I would like to thank Catherine for the huge contribution she has made to the group and Health Unlimited and wish her well on behalf of everyone," added Brien. "She has been a valued member of the executive board contributing sound advice and experience with never-ending passion and energy. Catherine is a hugely respected industry figure who will be greatly missed."

Warne is the latest in a string of senior departures from Creston's agency stable, including Nelson Bostock group CEO Lee Nugent, Nelson Bostock co-founder Martin Bostock, Fever head Frankie Oliver and TMW joint-CEO Chris Freeland.
