CHICAGO — Target's CCO Katie Boylan will be among the headliners at PRovoke Media: North America, which takes place in Chicago at the Langham Hotel next month.

PRovoke North America, formerly the Innovation Summit North America, returns to Chicago on February 12 with a stellar lineup of speakers to discuss innovation and change across the communications and marketing industry.

Boylan will share Target's dramatic turnaround story: confronted by the "retail apocalypse," Target bet heavily on a bold strategy that refocused its team, renewed its purpose and ultimately succeeded in reclaiming the "Tar-zhay" vibe that made it one of America's best-loved brands in the first place. Communications played a critical role in moving guests, team members and investors through the company's journey. Boylan will offer insights leading through change and the ever-evolving role of communications.

Other speakers for the day include Caulipower founder/CEO Gail Becker, Sonos' Pete Pedersen, among many others. You can see the full speaker lineup here. Following the half-day Summit, PRovoke Media will host a series of invitation-only salons to discuss critical issues facing the industry. For more information on participating in those, contact us.

That evening, we will host the 2020 Innovation SABRE Awards North America gala. In addition to recognizing the winners from this year's Innovation SABRE Awards shortlist and individual achievement recipients: Google's Corey Dubrowa and Caulipower's Gail Becker.

Tickets for both events are available here and rooms can be booked at the Langham Hotel here. Sponsors for the event include ICF Next, W2O Group, Zeno, PAN Communications, The Bulleit Group, Zapwater, Kivvit, MuckRack, and Revere.
