LONDON — UK-based communications agency Brazil and Australia-based LaunchLink Communications have formed a joint venture to work on international business opportunities.

The partnership will enable the agencies to support fast-growth technology businesses in the UK looking to expand in Australia, and Australian technology businesses seeking growth in the UK, Europe and the US. The two agencies have already worked together for the past two years on joint client Employment Hero, one of Australia’s newest tech unicorns.

Brazil and LaunchLink Communications will share market intelligence and insight, conduct education-based webinars and put a job-swap scheme in place to enhance collaboration between the two regions’ technology industries. The agencies have a combined team of 25 and their services include strategic consultation, market research, public and media relations and social media.

As part of the strategic alliance, Brazil will be among the first agencies globally to pilot LaunchLink’s ChatGPT4-driven PR management tool Yaarn.

Brazil CEO Joshua Van Raalte (pictured), said: “There is a clear strategic fit between LaunchLink and Brazil. For one, both agencies cover multiple sectors across consumer and business-to-business accounts, and the wider offering of social and digital services is also a major bonus for our UK and European-based clients.”

LaunchLink has experienced significant growth over the past two years, doubling its headcount and working with unicorn tech trailblazers including Codat, eToro, GoCardless, and Mesh Payments.

Co-founder Laura Blue said: “Having worked closely and very successfully with Brazil to build the Employment Hero brand, we believe this is the perfect time to formalise our working relationship. The opportunities for Australian brands in a growing European market are vast and we look forward to working with Brazil to help our clients find their voice in Europe.”
